If you have received a Desk Appearance Ticket (DAT) in Westchester County, New York, there is no one particular courtroom where it will be heard.

The Westchester County Court system is composed of a multitude of city, town, and village courts where misdemeanor and unindicted felony cases are heard. Therefore, if you have been issued a Desk Appearance Ticket in Westchester County, you will have to appear at the city, town, or village court indicated on the ticket.
